Yesterday was Stephy's birthday. We were all excited coz we wanted to see her drunk...and boy did she get drunk =) The day started with lamb arriving at my house to pick up helen and goosey then headed to chaddy for a last minute gift; we already had something in mind and since the bday girl just mved into her new apartment, we decided to get her a spice rack (it was nice ok!?) and a bottle of premixed apple toffee alcohol yum yum.
Naturally we got there late and throughout the arvi we played monopoly deal (won my first 3 games thru newbie luck) and big2 =) i got owned in big two... but that was okay... bc as long as someone besides the bday girl won, the bday girl had to drink; the rules were: loser (person with most cards left had to drink regardless and then the winner picked a person to drink - aka stephy) Poor steph didn't win a single game after the drinking rules started which kinda contributed to her getting drunk ;)
Goosey was just down drinks for fun and Ang had to leave early so we had to get steph tipsy b4 she left which was somewhat accomplished. The biggest disaster that arvo was my first attempt at iced chocolate. Don't get me wrong... i don't like following recipes very much and i thought the odd microwaving and then stiring in the cream would be fine.... BIG mistake friggen didn't stir enough cream and then chocolate wouldnt melt SOOOO started all over again with only 1/3 of the milk left. The second round was perfect tasted awesome only was a lil too chocolatey coz i didnt have enough milk left; so sad. and depite the second round being yummy (even lamb sed so and hes on a diet), no one would drink it coz they saw what the first round looked like; but that was okay since i ended up finishing most of it coz i love chocolate... mmm
But yeah... we got lost on the way home and that was fun =)
Hope stephy has no hangover and she loved her bday party =)
